New Events and Updates

Hiya, guys~
How are the events coming along? As for me, I just finished the pigg life‘s Edamame bonus quest about 6 hours before it expired this morning! Phew! I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish it on time, but surprisingly, I did! Though it cost me my sleeping hours and I wasn’t very thrilled about it (- -“)

For pigg island, my progress has been ok so far. I already finished the first 6 quests + the bonus quest, and am now doing the follow-up quest. I’m already half way through, and as soon as I’m done with it, I’ll upload my progress again here.

Only in pigg cafe that I’m not very happy with my progress (- -“)
I feel like a snail compared to some other people who already finished the last quest days ago!
Considering this event is pigg cafe’s first event, I think the quests are ridiculously hard! I can’t even imagine how hard it’s going to be for the second event and so on, but anyway… I’m already half way the last quest, but I might need another 4-5 days to complete it (T__T)

That said, let’s move on. Apparently, they are having new events in both fishing and casino, despite of the fact that the old ones are not even done yet! I seriously can’t believe this game!
The new event for fishing is the Transparent Tiles Event and the new event for casino is the Space Rabbit Slot Challenge. Good luck to those who are doing both of them.

As for me, I don’t even bother to complete the casino one, just because I know I won’t be able to finish it ’till the end anyway.
But now that I’ve got extra time (thanks to finishing pigg life early), I decided to participate in the fishing’s new event. It IS hard, I have to admit, but at least it’s not overwhelming like casino and it’s kind of fun. At least, I can still keep the fishing point even if I don’t finish the event in the end.

Events and Announcements

Hey, everyone~
How are things going?

It’s 2:45 a.m. in my place now, and I’m going back to sleep soon, so I’ll make this as quick and simple as possible.
As you’ve probably noticed, there are TONS of new events (again) in all the pigg series, and here they are:

Pigg fishing: The Little Mermaid Event
Pigg casino: Pink Panter Mission Event
Pigg life: Edamame Event
Pigg island: Lumton Relics Event
Pigg cafe: Western Style Sweets Event
Pico casino: Hollywood Event

I don’t know if there is anyone who is participating in all the events, since I’m overwhelmed already just by doing 3 quests (the red ones).
Well, actually, I tried to do all of them to see my capacity, and as expected, I failed miserably and had to give up 3 of them (the blue ones)… (- -“)

I cleared up to quest 6 in pigg casino, quest 2 in pico casino, and I didn’t even clear up the first quest in pigg fishing, just because the game is ridiculously too hard unless you have Ameba Gold (T__T)

But I wish you good luck to those who are doing them all!

Moving on… let’s cover up some announcements:

1. Most of you probably don’t care if I don’t do this anyway (^_^; , but I’m just going to tell you that I won’t update my result on Paprika Event, just because I’m still disappointed with my result (T__T)
   I don’t think I did terrible, but I know I could’ve done better had it not for the fact that I missed the gratin double happy time!!!!!!
2. Starting last event (the Summer Breeze Fireworks Event), I’m not sure if I’m going to update my Pigg Math page for pigg island anymore. The event is obviously getting harder and more and more complicated!!!
   We have to clear this up to unlock that one, we have to harvest this to make that, and we have to make this to make another item, while we won’t always get the rare items! I don’t even know how to make the Pigg Math anymore, so… I’m sorry, but you’re on your own this time (T__T)
   I can only tell you that you’re going to need hundreds of the rare items, so get ready and start digging!
3. I just got a reply from D about the daily scratch card. It seems that in a year, there’s usually a special daily scratch card, such as the Halloween version, and it’s only available for about a month, so when that happens, you may want to do it first, since if you don’t finish it within a month or so period, you won’t get the special item for completing the card.
   I didn’t know about this, since I just got started with the wakuwaku game, so… thank you so much for the info, D!

Anyway, I guess that’s it for now. I’m going to play a little bit more of pigg cafe first before going back to sleep.

Discovery and Stupidity

Okay, I don’t want to admit this, but… I just realized how slow I am!
The thing is, I’ve discovered a lot of new things in pigg series lately, but these things are actually basic and I could’ve discovered them much sooner!
Well, I know it’s better late than never, but still… I feel so shamed (- -“)

Anyway, here are some things I’ve discovered the past few months. Most of you (if not all) have probably noticed them, but please bear with me while I’m sharing these… (^_^;

AMEBA PIGG

• The wakuwaku game (daily scratch card).

Actually, this is not a new thing for me, as I knew about this card the minute I registered pigg, but I just discovered how USEFUL this card is to those who don’t have Ameba Gold such as myself!!!

As you’ve probably known, they have at least 10 different cards that you can scratch daily, and in each one of them, you can find treasures, such as tokens, casino and fishing items, etc… and anytime you finish scratching the whole card, you will get bonus items you can use to decorate your room, and they’re usually pretty cute! If you buy these things, they would’ve cost you hundreds or thousands of Ameba Gold, so I’m so grateful of this card!

This is my current room. Believe it or not, I bought none of the items seen here. All I did was scratching the card daily, and now, I’ve got myself a “beachy” room and I love it (^-^)

The only negative thing about this card is that you can only do it once a day, so it’s going to take months and months if you want to get the whole items from all the cards.
If you don’t think you’re passionate enough, my advice is to pick a card you want to do the most first.

PIGG LIFE

• The blue bird.

Okay, don’t laugh at me, but honestly, I just found out that there is a blue bird sitting on the fountain at plaza (^_^;
Has anyone noticed it?

• The life energy bar (the green one).

I just found out that if you help someone and s/he returns your favor on the same day, you’ll get one bonus point. I guess it works the same way pigg does when you prop someone and s/he props you back.

PIGG CAFE

• The color theme.

You might have heard about this too – the fact that every special customer has their own preference in color tone. But what surprised me is the fact that they do NOT need to sit on their favorite color chair or table to give us the color bonus!
As long as they find their favorite color in your cafe, you’re basically good to go. The good thing is… there’s only 7 color tones available – black, white, brown, red, blue, yellow, green – so you can decide what color goes where and how you want to decorate your cafe at the same time.

Do NOT let the color theme ruin your interior design!
While on the one hand you’re required to have certain kinds of table or chair, you’re on the other hand very much free to decorate your cafe as you wish, so choose the color theme wisely.

As for me, as long as I’ve got all the 7 colors in my cafe, I’m very much happy with it. To be honest, this is not a design I had in mind, but it’s still good.
